Airport baggage handlers in Melbourne have been caught in a now-viral video carelessly throwing travellers’ luggage onto a conveyor belt.
In a letter to staff, Swissport chief executive Brad Moore said that disrespectful behaviour involving customers luggage will not be tolerated and would result in disciplinary action.
