Family devastated after 11-year-old girl dies after 1st time tobogganing - CBC.ca
A young girl who had recently moved to Canada from Lebanon with her family died after a sledding accident over the Christmas holidays. The family tells CBC News it was her first time tobogganing.
It was supposed to be a fun activity to cap off a holiday sleepover party.
On Dec. 27, a group of cousins headed to Mooney's Bay, a neighbourhood in Ottawa, to go tobogganing.
