Covid: All countries taken off red list but tests still required
Transport secretary Grant Shapps says 11 countries will be removed from Wednesday but testing measures remain in place.
Meanwhile, the Welsh government says it cannot rule out imposing Covid restrictions over Christmas, as it continues to monitor the spread of the Omicron variant.
